The school system's to blame...
Alright children. Apparently, you all have the attention span of a bowl of orange sherbet. Just as tasty as regular ice cream, but with less fat.
In the last comic, dubbed over the arduous training sequences, was lyrics to Eye of the Tiger by Survivor. This should be a clue to anyone reading it born before 1995, because anyone older than 18 knows that all training montages need a bitching soundtrack, that we are leading something. Something epic.
This "Bitching Soundtrack" void is one that can only be filled with a Rock God's power epic from the 80s and early 90s.
Only 4 songs fit this description. Living on a Prayer, Hungry like the Wolf, Final Countdown and Eye of the Tiger.
And if you weren't born before 1995, fuck off.
You're too young to understand the subtle humor found in the pages of this comic.
